Brittany Griggers, PT, DPT
Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapist
"I like to move it, move it!"
Dr. Brittany Griggers received her Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor degree in Health Care Studies, and Master degree in Exercise Science with Rehabilitation specialization. After working in the healthcare field for 5 years, she developed a passion to pursue physical therapy and became a technician to gain experience. She returned to school and graduated in 2022 with her doctoral degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL where her husband retired from the U.S. Navy. She has an athletic background (primarily volleyball and basketball) and completed the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. She hopes to become a board-specialized pediatric therapist and pursue certifications in aquatics, blood flow restriction training, myofunctional therapy, and IBCLC for breastfeeding. She takes pride in advocating for every patient and takes the time to get to know her patients for a holistic approach to care. She believes in being an active member of the community and volunteers frequently and encourages others to get moving. Brittany resides in Montgomery with her husband and two kids. She has a unique perspective on rehabilitation as she used to be an athlete, worked with service members and veterans of the Armed Forces, is a special needs mom to a daughter with Down syndrome, and worked with many other children with rare genetic disorders. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a certified Clinical Instructor.
